  •  We will give you a brief demonstration of how to create the all-important "emotional connections".
  •  We will end with a report listing the needed improvements in order of priority.  
Consultation with Detailed Staging Guide: $300
  •  A Beaux Redesign Consultant will meet with you to discuss your goals and expectations and review how to receive the maximum return  
     on investment for your home improvement dollars.
  •  We will review the Beaux staging process.
  •  We will walk through each room of your home gathering "first impressions" and discussing various improvements that should be made.
  •  We will give you a brief demonstration of how to create the all-important "emotional connections".
  •  We will follow-up with a very detailed staging guide outlining the specific changes to make in each room to create the best presentation   
     in order to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.
The guide is great for do-it-yourselfers because it has helpful tips on how to complete the tasks and how to do it most cost effectively.
Consultation with a Half Day of Hands-on Staging or Redesign: $500
  •  A Beaux Redesign Consultant will meet with you and discuss your goals and expectations and review how to receive the maximum return
     on investment for your home improvement dollars.
  •  We will review the Beaux staging process.
  •  We will walk through each room of your home gathering "first impressions" and discussing various improvements that should be made.
  •  We will provide an action plan that outlines the work that we should focus on during the staging day as well as work that should be done
     before the home staging day, such as de-cluttering and cleaning.
  •  We will return for a 4-hour working session where we will focus on staging the main areas of your home.
  •  We will conclude by taking pictures that your agent can use online and with their other marketing efforts.
This is perfect for homes that are less than 1500 sq. ft. and/or  need a little extra attention.
Consultation with a Full Day of Hands-on Staging or Redesign: $750
  •  A Beaux Redesign Consultant will meet with you and discuss your goals and expectations and review how to receive the maximum
     return on investment for your home improvement dollars.
  •  We will review the Beaux staging process.
  •  We will walk through each room of your home gathering "first impressions" and discussing various improvements that should be made.
     We will provide an action plan that outlines the work that we should focus on during the staging day as well as work that should be done  
     before the home staging day, such as de-cluttering and cleaning.
  •  We will return for an 8-hour working session where we will focus on staging the majority of your home.
  •  We will conclude by taking pictures that your agent can use online and with their other marketing efforts.
This is perfect for homes that are greater than 1500 sq. ft. and/or  need a little more attention and expertise.
Each Additional Day: $500
Vacant Home Staging Service: $1000 and Up
Determined by square footage plus furniture and accessory rental cost.
  •  Personalized consultation where we review the furnishing needs of your home, diagram and measure rooms, map out furniture  
     placement and plan accessories for maximum impact.
  •  We then coordinate with our furniture rental partners (who offer our clients discounts), to select the perfect pieces to showcase your
     home.
  •  We spend at least a day at the home to insure smooth furniture delivery as well as adding needed additional accessories and home
     furnishings from our Beaux Redesign warehouse.  These furnishings include: bed linens, window coverings, mirrors, prints, plants, table
     decor, pillows, etc.
  •  We spend an additional day "de-staging" all of our furnishings as well as insuring smooth pick up of the rental furniture.
Full-service Project Management of Home Staging or Redesign
Price quote upon full project details being determined.

Shopping Service: $25/hr.
We'll work with you to create a budget and shop for accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Simple, inexpensive
purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room.  We know where to go and even get "Designer Discounts"  for your purchases.
